Mental Yoga

Mental Yoga is meditation that uses the Shri Yantra pattern as a method. The result is better sleep, positive thoughts, better mood, inner peace, less stress, clarity in life, and more happiness, profit and joy. I like to meditate every single day, and I get a fantastic amount for it. Mental Yoga is simply a calm and relaxing moment with yourself, where you have the opportunity to gather strength and relax. And who does not need it?

Mental Yoga allows the body to reduce stress-related chemicals such as e.g. cortisol. It also makes the serotonin level in your body increase and you feel better. By reducing the stress level in your body, your blood pressure and cholesterol levels will also be lowered, and you will find that your health is constantly improving. All these positive gains at the end of the day lead to better sleep, more profits, and increased energy in everyday life. It is simply a positive circle, which you can start today.

Meditate with Shri Yantra when you need inner peace

Meditate on your personal Yantra drawing and focus on your goals to attract wealth and abundance into your life. Shree Yantra has very strong hidden powers that can be noticed in the short term. When looking at the Yantra, keep your eyes focused on the center. This dot in the middle is called «Bindu», which represents the unity that underlies all the diversity in the physical world. Now let your eyes see the triangle that encloses Bindu.

The downward-pointing triangle represents the feminine creative force, while the upward-pointing triangle represents male energy.

Let your vision expand to include the circles outside the triangles. They represent the cycles of cosmic rhythms, the notion that time has no beginning and no end. Turn your consciousness into lotus leaves outside the circle. Notice that they point outward. They illustrate the development of our understanding. The lotus also represents the heart, the seat of the Self. When the heart opens, understanding comes.

The square on the outside of the yantra represents the world of form, the material world that our senses show us, the illusion of separation, of well-defined edges and boundaries. There are four T-shaped portals, or gates. They represent our earthly transition from the outer and material to the inner and sacred.

Now take a moment to look into the yantra, let the different shapes and patterns emerge naturally, so that your eyes are kept loose in focus. Look at the center of the yantra. Without moving your eyes, gradually begin to expand your field of vision. Continue to expand your vision until you receive information from more than 180 degrees. Note that all this information was there all the time, you just became aware of it. Now reverse the process slowly by re-focusing back to the center of the yantra. Now close your eyes gently. You can still see the yantra in your mind. The patterns of creativity represented by these primordial forms express the basic forces of nature.
